JELD-WEN Europe puts acoustic comfort in focus with new high-performance doorset range
JELD-WEN Europe, a leading European manufacturer of interior and exterior doors and doorsets, is highlighting the latest innovation from its French business with the introduction of a new range of high-performance acoustic doorsets.
Developed and launched by JELD-WEN France, the range is designed to address the challenges of noise control in offices, schools, healthcare facilities and hotels, where privacy, comfort and safety are essential.
The new range builds on JELD-WEN France's expertise in developing technical doorsets, demonstrating how local innovation contributes to JELD-WEN Europe's wider product portfolio.

With acoustic performance of up to 46 dB RA and an EI30 fire-resistance rating, the new doorsets significantly reduce sound transmission between rooms while also providing fire protection. This helps create quieter, more comfortable spaces without compromising on safety.
The range is suitable for a variety of applications, from classrooms and hospital wards to meeting rooms and hotel accommodation. It can also be used in specialist environments, including libraries, courtrooms, performance venues and technical facilities, where managing sound transmission is particularly important.
