Currently, our focus lies in enhancing performance through fundamental growth and cost initiatives, such as upgrading go-to-market processes, optimizing our sales force through training, right-sizing and consolidating our manufacturing network, investing in automation and leveraging our scale to streamline sourcing. Our dedication is to discover solutions within JELD-WEN and reinvest in ourselves.
A more sustainable future
Having high standards on environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues is not only the right thing to do, it makes us stronger as a brand and promotes sustainable, long-term growth. By 2050, our target is to achieve net zero waste and 100% renewable energy usage in our day-to-day operations. We also aim to reduce greenhouse gas emissions through installing energy-efficient products in 60 million homes worldwide. That’s an ambitious agenda for a building products company and it will require our entire team’s commitment to make it into a reality. We can’t think of a better place to put our energy.
